Where we are
We are a multidisciplinary team, specialized in environmental, social and sectoral advice for regulatory compliance of investment projects.
We design practical, comprehensive, effective and quality solutions aimed at the success of our clients in the development of their projects.
Since the creation of Gestiona in 2014, we have gone from being a small team to becoming a group of more than 400 people.
With a national presence through our offices in Santiago, La Serena, Antofagasta and Iquique, and successfully managing hundreds of projects.
We are close to the projects and communities to optimize our management and connect with the environment.
In our eight years of existence, we have developed more than 280 projects for companies belonging to the mining, energy, port, mechanical and road industries, among others.

Our team is made up of professionals and specialists in various disciplines, all with extensive experience in environmental consulting and management of sectoral permits for mining clients.
We have extensive knowledge of the Environmental Impact Assessment Service (SEIA) and its procedures, of the environmental and sectoral regulations associated with mining projects, as well as the sanction and inspection processes of the Superintendence of the Environment (SMA), regulations and guidelines from sectoral bodies.
